We make Hot Tub and Spa Covers for any hot tub / spa including custom free form in grounds, oversized, and any above ground unit on the market that you can come up with.
All of our covers are produced using a special designed Spa Hyde / marine grade vinyl and energy efficient polystyrene inserts. All our spa covers are UL Approved and manufactured in the USA

Spa Winter Jacket

The Brand new "Eco Friendly" energy saving spa cabinet jacket is made with two layers of 28 oz marine grade Spa Hyde vinyl sandwiching one half inch of foam. The Spa Cabinet Jacket installs as 4 separate sides that snap to the spa cabinet and velcro together at the ends making it easy to install in the fall and remove in the spring.

The Spa Jacket does not interfere with the spa cover use in the winter months. (Jacket stays connected to spa when the spa is in use.) This greatly reduces the spas winter operating costs as well as protecting the cabinet from the harsh winter elements. The perfect retrofit item to save money on spa operating costs.

Spa manufacturers fight a constant engineering battle to design an insulation system that works both in the winter and in the summer. In the warm summer months the spa's pumps and equipment need to ventilated to prevent overheating. In the cold winter months this heat simply escapes into the outdoors. The removable Spa Jacket traps and redirects this heat in the winter months (on) while still allowing proper ventilation in the summer. (off)

The Spa Jacket is custom built to fit your spa and available in any of our 13 colors. Installation is simple only requiring a few receivers to be attached to the side of the cabinet. Once installed the Spa Jacket traps heat energy that would normally escape to the outside back into the spa. This can add up to significant savings in operating costs in the cooler weather.

Spa Garage

The spa garage protects your hot tub cover and spa keeping the cabinet and cover looking new for years. Made out of a breathable 8 oz. polyester scrim laminate the spa garage is mold, mildew, and moisture resistant. Available in 2 sizes to fit most spas on the market. Custom sizes also available.

UV stabilized for 1,500 hours on Weatherometer.

Solid Bottom Laminate (Underside)

8oz Single laminate with 100% polyester scrim.
Chlorine and bromine resistant.

Additional Materials

Zippers are #8 nylon with zinc coated slides to prevent corrosion.
Covers are sewn with single strand coated and twisted 100% polyester thread.
5/32 Welt cord is sewn around top perimeter to enhance appearance and increase seam strength.
4 Secure key lock devices are sewn to straps to ensure safety and provide attachment of cover to spa cabinet.

Features

Heat seals(2) are located at hinge area to prevent heat loss between halves of spa cover.
All skirts are extended at hinge area to ensure complete coverage of acrylic and to aid in the prevention of heat loss.
Specific stress areas of spa cover are reinforced with additional backing material.
Handles and straps are lined with reinforcement material.
Handle attachment assembly has 3 layers of reinforcement.
Hinge is double layered and lined with reinforcement material at corners to prevent tearing.
Interior bottom corners of cover at skirt extension are also reinforced for strength.
All straps and handles are “X” stitched for superior strength.
4 - 2 Tapered spa covers have an “R” value of 19.7.

Insulation

Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam manufactured with all virgin beads.
EPS is tapered 4”-2” in 1.5 pound density (unless specified).
EPS is heat shrunk in 2 mil plastic to prevent water absorption.
EPS is reinforced with aluminum “C” channel imbedded in 4” end of foam to provide additional center strength.

Packaging

All spa covers are labeled on each end of box listing model, color, and serial numbers (if needed).
After inspection each cover is packaged in 175# test cardboard boxes.
