Due to their size, spa covers must ship with a LTL freight carrier. In most cases we use Estes Express to provide shipping. When your order ships we will email you tracking information. Once your cover leaves our facility any questions about the delivery should be directed to the shipping carrier.
Signature is required for delivery. Before signing for the shipment throughly inspect for shortages of damage. If a cover is damaged reject the delivery. Contact us and let us know which cover was damaged and we will make and immediately ship you a replacement cover and handle all of the claim paperwork. If a damaged spa cover is signed for and kept the customer must file all claim paperwork themselves. In the case of shortages be sure to not the shortage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Typical production time for a spa cover is three to five business days. The map below shows transit times for a LTL freight shipment.
